Anyone ever see that episode of Unsolved Mysteries about the death of Kurt? It touched base on pretty much everything mentioned here about what happened in April of '94.

I could see him taking a break for a few years. Maybe he'd pull a Prince and just seclude himself and keep writing, but never release it to the public. Sounds like he always needed some kind of catharsis (did I use this word right?) to get all the feelings and thoughts from clogging up his head.

That sounds a lot more like a retirement letter than a suicide letter and given that it mentions courtney and Frances, without talking to them, and the 'I can't fool any of you' make it unlikely that the letter is addressed to them.

The f's, p's and ce seem a little bit off between the 2.

If you discount everything else, then the thing that makes me think it was murder was the will rewrite. He obviously didn't want her hands on anything when he croaked, so, since he already had it written up, and it was only waiting for a sig...

That makes a feller wonder.

I don't know Washington law but Courtney would have had a strong claim to Kurt's money regardless of whatever any will stated as his wife and the mother of his child. And in any case, it's evidence that goes to motive only and not the commission of the crime.
