I still am trying to figure out what happened was it a dream? was the message not to tamper with the enviorment? Wierd game but I loved the historical archival footage and the ending that showed some sad stats of the World.
I thought the game was a little on the short side but I liked the bosses and the storyline.

I beat the game tto not too long ago
I used a gameshark because I hated the random battles
The last path o the boss must have been hard huh???
anyways i think the ending had to do with time travelling maybe
wih that mystical mirror & whatnot
it was kinda cryptic, but a solid ending story though!
too bad laura WAS A FREAKING MUTE throughout the game!
WTFer yeah the final path wasn't too hard and I wasn't leveled up that high but I gotta say wierd boss battle.
Laura a mute was kinda annoying I wish she would have come out of her shell.

Great thread. I was actually going to start a D2 thread, but I went with the less-than-popular Super Magnetic Neo thread.
Anyway, I really liked D2. It certainly had some issues, but Eno really captured the mood with that frozen wasteland setting. You really felt like you were trapped out in the middle of nowhere. Very cool. The music, such as it was, also helped establish the creepy ambience.
It was pretty short (9-10 hours?), but unlike some other titles, I actually completed this one. So, maybe the length was appropriate.
The whole game was rather bizarre (plot, bosses, ending, not to mention the portable "cooker"), but it kept me engrossed. I can see playing through this one again -- maybe being on the short side wasn't such a bad thing.
Prince Planet or WTFer did you guys take any cool pictures with the camera? I hear there is a UFO I missed it though.
I was good at hunting rabbits/hares but I swear the animal moved right as I shot kind of frustrating

The only part I know for a fact was censored was when the monster-thingy grabbed the one girl and shoved a tentacle in her mouth like a shlong- in the US version it happens slightly off-camera, but in the Japanese version it's in plain view, 'cause you know how the Japanese love their tentacle rape fantasies. ;)
