I think he's referring to the rumored name of The Creeping Evil or something like that.

The Creeping Evil would be the worst name ever.

If I'm not mistaken, that was the name they used as an April Fools joke...

"The creeping fear" is the title he's referring to.

Which, in actuality, sounds like some sort of PSA for sexually transmitted diseases.
