If you're going to cancel, call them up and make sure they do it there. They don't answer their email, and they will try to feed you a line of bullshit about "only being able to cancel the day you placed their order".Quote:

Tecmo's online ordering seems to be done by an outsourced e-commerce company called Digital River or some crap. I would cancel, but after your experience, I think I'll just make due with the doll.

I think it is the same figure you get for pre-ordering at Gamestop, someone correct me if I am wrong.
I know this because I got baited into the same thing. :( They did cancel my order (...I think; that is what they say anyway), even though it took them about two weeks to do it. Personally, I was hoping they would release the life-size Kasumi pillow they were giving out in Japan here (now that would have been a hell of a gag item).

Just watching a vid of this and my first thought: boing, boing boing.
The breast animation is now somewhere between DOA1 and 2 of unrealism, which is a little too much I think. The core game is obviously DOA2, complete with counters once again doing too much damage, but the speed and the overall interface is just like DOA3. So gameplay wise it seems like a step back to me and is going to be counter mashing fest online, I bet. Visually, it's very nice, but doesn't seem all that interesting for me to play at the moment.
I laugh at kids who spend more time getting polygon boobies to bounce than actually playing the game. If you are gonna waste that kind of time, then why not go to a shopping mall and watch girls walk down flights of stairs- real bouncing > DOA bouncing.
Or take that $50 to a strip club. ;)

But there's also major issues, such as Jann Lee being hugely overpowered, same with Zack, and that you lose way too much energy being knocked to a lower level.
They say the online play is relatively smooth, as well.
Also that it will probably be the best looking fighting game this generation.
Voices are solid though and you can choose between DOA 2 and DOA 3 voice actors. - is also interesting.
So the best-looking fighting game of this generation will largely feature gameplay from early 2000. That feels so disappointing...
Nobody complained when Third Strike came out.
