Good advice guys , thanks - I feel a little better after puking now, but I dont really dig puking and I'll fight it the whole time which makes it worse.
So the key just seems to be rehydration and putting some food it the belly . That would work if I wasnt wasted to the point that I cant even open my refrigerator - let alone prepare food. That and passing out after a long night is a bit hard to resist at times.
One thing that one of my friends always tells me is "hair of the dog" - which means to get up in the morning and start drinking again right away --- which is weird because I did that last weekend and it worked : sick feeling went away and I was feeling like good ole me again.
But,today is a bit different and I'm sure the alcohol would work its way back up on me if I tried to do that shit again.
