I've tried a couple of energy drinks, but they just don't do anything for me. If I need some energy, I just take some sugar. I don't eat candy for taste, but if I get some reese's cups or a few Twix's in me, I'm good to go all night long. It's like when eat sugar, my body won't store the energy, it just burns it as fast as it can.
A bud gave me one of those giant pixie stix once, the 3 foot long tubes.... I swear I was high as a kite for a couple of hours.
Back to energy drinks: Has there been any side effects to drinking them on a regular basis. I mean, drinking anything that has 2000% of daily recommended something or another can't be good for you.
