I'm pretty sure those were transparent black.
This transparent green looks sweet, though. Since it looks like it's packaged with a Controller S, I'm also guessing it's something that's coming soon. Maybe a summer bundle to get even more hype for Halo 2?

I would like more information on this thing.

yes every other region gets limited edition Xbox's but the US

We don't get any cool limited edition systems in the U.S. period.
