Anyone here do Xbox mods?

I'm wanting to mod my Xbox so that I can use it as a video jukebox for the Japanese music videos and TV episodes that I have, as well as various region DVDs and whatnot.

My problem, though, is how to get the mod done. No local stores here do the mods, and the only person I know who does them charges $50 for the labor side of things, which seems a bit much. (But I could be wrong.) So, I thought I'd see if anybody here does the mods, or can recommend a good person to do so. I'm also wanting to toss in a bigger HD while I'm at it.

I just softmodded a friend's machine in about 15 minutes without removing a screw. :)

It's not a tough process if you have a Mega X-Key (not a bad purchase anyway, google it) and a router. If you want info, just PM me or dig around a bit on Xbox-scene.net
