How the hell do you get this stuff?

it happened to me in ie. a lot.
after switching to firefox, i don't see it anymore.

Now it is. Looks some what decent.

Mman's sig (the Q-Bert board) looks awesome when it's melting. I tried to grab it, but I missed and I can't get it to happen correctly again. Fuck.
