Um, Megaman from the recently released "Onimusha Blade Warriors" would win.
I think Megaman would win because he has the pea shooter but Uma only has a knife. so Megaman can attack from long distances while Uma has to get in close range. But she can also throw the sword at Megaman when he's reloading his pea shooter.
