You can fly from planet to planet though, right? Smugglers better be able to actually play the role of a smuggler now too.
And if for some god awful reason this is actual turn-based RPG combat, in starfighters, my god... but I don't think even SOE is that stupid (and shit, if you know me, you know I think they're plenty stupid).
I just have this feeling it's going to play exactly the same in space as it does on planets...
Or it will be even more boring...
Since there is no turn-based combat in the regular game, I doubt the space expansion will have it.Quote:

Well let me know what the two new playable species are when they announce them, I know you're more likely to hear about it first before I do :)
When you say it's real-time, do you mean that I can actively dodge anything that comes at me? I've never gotten into any game like this and that's the reason why.
Call it what you want, but when I attack someone in SWG, and I click "Attack", and they auto-attack on a set interval (which varies based on the weapon and any skills you might have), that sure seems like traditional RPG turn-based combat to me!Quote:

And BobVilla, no you can't do that. SWG is really no different than any other MMORPG in terms of how battles work.
