Time Splitters: Future Perfect

Getting used to the controls was indeed very difficult, but I eventually got used to them and beat the game. It's just a different style of FPS, and I dont think its a bad thing, just different. I know Im going to be told how utterly wrong I am, but meh. And I liked the style. It wasnt very artistic or even good, but I thought it fit the goofyness of the game. Im assuming that this one will be far more serious as indicated by the graphics. I picked up TS2 for 12 dollars and I feel that was money well spent.

Man I'm going to be ALL over this when it comes out. This looks a lot better than I thought it was going to. Love the new style.

I really liked the art style in the first couple of Time Splitters games, I'm a bit sad that this one doesn't have the same flavah as well.

Are there more shots out there than just these three? If not, how can you tell the art style is changed? The few characters they show up close (shot #3) look like something you might see in TS2, maybe with a slightly more realistic looking body.

I'm with Kidnemo, I liked the style from the first two games, and hope this doesn't change the style all that much.

As for the people that didn't like the aiming sensitivity in the game... I didn't find it a problem. You just had to press L2 or R2 or whatever the button was, and you got the Goldeneye style aiming reticule... never had a problem with it. Is it as good as a mouse? Of course not... but for a console game, I think it works fine. It's either that or you do it Halo style and slow down your movement and the game in general to fit the console controls better.

I don't think the style is drastically different, just a bit more realistic. I wouldn't be surprised if the same artist is doing the character designs again.

I can play Unreal Tournament and Quake 3 on the DC with good aim (and auto-aim off) even though the analogue stick on the controller is the worse one ever for that purpose. But with the xbox controller, which has the best analogue sticks ever, I can't shoot shit accurately in TS2. Note I don't have the same problem with Halo, Unreal Championship, Serious Sam, or Hitman 2. All but the last allow me to adjust that sensitivity if I chose to do so. I'm just asking that TS3 give me the same option. Because if it doesn't, there's no reason for me to play it.
