At last! My Art!

Finally, I can put up my art. I know some of you might remember when I said I would last year or so, so feel free to make an ass out of me for taking so long. Here we go:
This one I'm particularly proud of. The most common criticism I got in high school was that I draw small, so I did this one big.

This one I went heavy on the detail, as you can see. I like it, it just takes a long time.

I rushed this one, that's why the head seems small. I'll go back and redo it sometime.

I have more, but I need to clean the smudges first. I'm also thinking of pulling out my high school sketchooks to show my progression since then. Some of it is pretty horrible though, gawd.

cool to see some new talent on the board, how many years have you been out of H.S. for?

I used to draw small too, but having had some decent instruction over the past year, Im convinced that drawing big is a lot easier. theres just so much more room for detail.

as for you're art, you didnt mention if you wanted any crits so ill leave you with this tidbit. I like alot of different parts of your drawings but there a certain parts of each one that don't match the quality of the rest of the drawing, as if you focused too much on certain areas while neglecting others. If you want me to get specific let me know and Ill try and give you some advice. If the idea of a stranger picking apart you're hard work isn't cool with you let me know and I'll keep my mouth shut and just keep my comments general.

one request that I have is that if at all possible to crop your images down and make them smaller overall as its difficult to fully appreciate when you have to do a lot of scrolling around. I think you were having some trouble with that in another thread, so if its too much of hassle don't even sweat it...

Heh, those are pretty good! Unique looking style, very muscular. Nice to see new blood here, we can sure use some! I hope to see more from ya soon!
