Multiplayer beta signups today at 5.

Played the demo. Seems pretty good. I especially liked when the soldier jumped through the window to get away from me shooting him. I hope they optimize it better though. Every so often the game would halt to load up the next big area, except it wouldn’t do it with a now loading screen. Running a P4 3.62, a gig of pc4000 ram, a raptor and a 6800 Ultra. So the specs are there.

Need to up to 2Gig of RAM or turn down the texture detail to get rid of the hitching when you go to a new area.

2gig? Only 1gig works fine on my PC...

obviously not high or max.

2 gigs is shit. sure ram is mad cheap but i refuse to get more to get one game to run better. 2 gigs is so unnecessary for a game and just points to bad optimization. and i know BF2 runs markedly better with 2gigs as well.

Then that's two games, you can upgrade and not break your one game rule :P

Does multiplayer make this worth actually buying?
