Just got the game and broke 5 mil on my third time playing... but my thumb keeps falling asleep while I'm playing. It gets really annoying and causes far too many deaths.
Hopefully I can shake it off and hover around the lower half of the score list once I get a hang of the scoring system.

I have a question:
Do you toggle Kakusei mode, or do you hold a button down? I've been wondering this forever and I guess you guys can most likely answer this. I would honestly hope someone can.
Anyway, I have the game now, but my modded PS2 was apparently not up to the task of WORKING, grrr...
Lalala, now I get to wait ANOTHER week to play the game as I wait for my PS2 to come back to me.
