TNL Welcome Wagon aka "Hi" I'm new!

I just wanted to say hello to all guests and welcome them to the best Message Board on the net! I've been posting here for many years and it's always nice to see new faces, you are the future of the Community.

A few things that might help you.

1. Read the FAQs it's your friend.

2. Don't take things too personal, we have alot of jokers and ribbers here they mean you no harm, take it in stride, no worries.

3. If you need any assistance or have problems with any board member PM a Mod or staff and they will kindly help you.

4. Feel free to share your thoughts and opinions and just enjoy yourself.

Guys let's show noobs and guests courtesy and respect and help them find their place in this vast community.

For you newcomers tell us a little bit about yourself, and what brought you here, I and others would love to get to know you.

There are already about 5 threads like this. Even if I were so dumb I couldn't figure out the velcro on my own shoes, I'd have learned after the 53rd time that posting "let's all be nice and happy, would you like to hold my hand and be friends?" stuff here invariably garners the same negative response.

He knows exactly what he's doing; he's trying to get a rise out of the regulars. Korian's a masochist who gets off on playing the martyr - the pattern should be pretty darn evident by now. It's always the same - post something that's alarmingly overfriendly, include a few baiting lines like "guys let's show noobs and guests courtesy and respect" - he's practically inviting criticism. It's like going into a football locker room and saying "I love butterflies and rainbows, don't you?" - any nimrod can see how that's going to go over.

Then he turns around, and acts shocked & hurt because he didn't exactly say anything 'wrong'. And it happens over & over & over again.

He's an attention whore with a persecution complex. He wants to see people arguing over him, taking up sides. Maybe it's something he's not even conscious of doing, but just because he's fooled doesn't mean I am.

Strider you're wrong about me, this thread was sincere, I've defended and stuck up for many noobs, I've spoken to them via PM, Email and did everything to make their visit welcoming. I'm personaly bothered when noobs are attacked and this is where TNL needs to change. For the recored I've never attacked or flamed a newcomer, why scare people away? If I want to put the effort into making noobs feel comfortable please let me do it in peace, I want people to be treated like how I would like to be treated. I'm saddened that this thread got derailed so fast as it was my idea to make a "Hi how are you thread" that had no flames and was universal. In good faith would people kindly delete their negative responses, and give this a shot? Strider please keep personal attacks in the right forum, you don't know me, and what a caring person I am.
