Now I need your help for bolt 3.

Well, my intentions of it being a nerd site has more to do with the name. Bolt 3 is something that gamers would most likely get and if they didn't get it, they would probably ask and then be like oh ok i get it.
I used it because Bolt 3 is from the FF series and that is a game series. Thus I used it for that. FF tends to be heavily reliant on it's nerd following and thus Bolt 3 relates to that too.

I mean I could go with something generic like Internet Gaming Database but that's boring and not to mention all the domains are taken.

I'm certainly not closed to ideas for names, so if you think you got something. Shout it out. It's cool.

Or why do people go to IMDB to read up on actors? Maybe you wouldn't use it, but many other people could use it and love it.
Again, I just used Gamefaqs as to my current state and you keep going back to that.

You don't need to sugar coat things, but being blunt is considered rude. Maybe you didn't know that.
I said I'm taking it without getting mad and I feel I'm doing a pretty good job of that.
All I'm asking is to just discuss it in a casual friendly way. I don't see anything wrong with that. Do you?

Content is what people want. It wouldn't be the shining part of my site, it would just be another section people could use. It's not like I'm saying I'm changing my site to a character database. I'm saying that I'm adding that on as an extra part.

As far as it not working, well that's your opinion and I don't happen to share that.

I don't get what Bolt 3 has to do with a videogame database. Might as well call it Phoenix Down, it just doesn't actually make sense. There's nothing to really get there.

No they aren't I run a forum where people are rude and sinister. Being nice once and a while really helps out and lots of people do it.

It has to do with video games. That's my reasoning for the names.

The mascots for Bolt 3 are 3 nerds. It's supposed to be a nerd community. Nerds will get it, if they don't then maybe they aren't nerds? :)

I could easily go with something like videogamedatabase but a) the url is taken and b) it's boring.

As great as Gamefaqs and IMDB are, they are boring. Their designs, colours and all that stuff bore me. They are great resources, but that's where I want to make a great resource that is nice and appealing.

If you were truly offended get thicker skin. If that isnt an option simply swallow your tongue. That would be the POLITE thing to do.

And yes, I would be just as blunt and honest to you in real life. Ive never used the internet to hid who I am. What you get here is what you get in real life. If my friends cant handle the truth then I dont need them. If you were making a movie or a video game and had people give you feedback youd probably here things way worse than just ewww if they didnt like it.
