Sperm donor must pay child support

So the woman convinces this guy to donate his sperm... and now she's taking the guy to court saying he's responsible for paying child support...

Well, there goes my number one source of income...can't be paying any child support afterall.

I would think they would have a disclaimer or something of the sort for a thing like this. I guess one will be put into effect sometime soon if this goes through.

I think the guy should've had a WRITTEN agreement with her... and I wonder if they went through a doctor for him to donate the sperm or if they did it the way nature intended... if it's the second one, he's SOL...

Always get it in writing, DUMBASS!

I guess he wasn't spongeworthy.

Hell, I support that in any case where someone stupidly has a kid. Heh.

The worst part about it is that it is twins. Seriously, you shouldn't have to pay child support if you couldn't even get the head in.

If he has to pay child support for this moron, then he should get "benefits".
