The show was hardly about the ballpark crowd that night. It focused on David hiring a prostitute, not for sex but to be a passenger in his car so he could travel in the carpool lane and escape traffic on his way to the stadium.
I loved that episode.
This passed season was one of the best... I can't wait for the next DVD season... shame there are more extras though.
Makes you really think about how flawed the system is.

I'll have to agree with Opaque. He had the fucking ticket stubs as well, so they completely discredit that with what people "saw".

The police were trying to fit him with the murder but he wasn't going to be convicted anyway. So the tape didn't save him from death but it did clear his name. A slight sensationalizing of the facts on MSNB's part there.
My girlfriend loves this show. This'll amuse her.
BTW, that episode was hilarious.
