Sure kicking should be difficult if you're a third string 2A high school punter. For these guys it should be, and usually is, simply a practice in focus.

Kicking should be a given within a certain range - 100%, flawless, easy. If it's not then you need to find yourself a new kicker or a better specialist coach. If you can't depend on your kicking game then what can you depend on?

God forbid people enjoy their games to require a small amount of skill.

Says the guy who puts DOAXVB at the top of his GOTY list.

It's not easy to kick a long FG with a hint of wind with a regular-silled kicker in ESPN.

You should be able to run whatever play you want, whenever you want, regardless of someone's perception of what's "realistic" and what isn't.

With 4 minutes left and you're down by 14, a field goal doesn't do you all that much good and it shouldn't be a foregone conclusion that you're NOT going to try to tie the game with a gimmick play or what have you.

Ridiculous.
