All Nuon Games $0.99 at Best Buy

All Nuon Games $0.99 at Best Buy

I was just browsing the Best Buy DVD player section; noticing one of the Nuon games (FreeFall 3050 A.D.) was priced at .99 cents, while all the others were marked $19.99. I had a clerk check the other game prices – to my delight they too were .99 cents each.

I picked up the following -

Merlin Racing (two copies)
Tempest 3000 (two copies)
FreeFall 3050 A.D. (two copies)
Space Invaders XL (one copy)

All of the above Nuon games for under $8.00. Now I just need the player and controller =)

Oh... BTW

How come there at two different Nuon DVD case colors? One of my Tempest 3000 is in a Gold DVD case the other is Black. The same for my copies of Merlin Racing.

Just wondering...

I've never seen a Nuon player, let alone a game. Where are they? I have'nt even seen one at Best Buy.

I've seen Nuon games at Best Buy before, they place them next to the Sci-Fi/Anime DVD section at the store over here. However, at that price I kinda want to pick some up as well. :) Never seen a player, though...

Great, I spent $20 on T3K two weeks ago because I couldn't find a Best Buy in this state that had Nuon games on the shelves, and here you find them for a buck a pop.

God damn it.

geez, the best buy in my area has shit....anybody wanna pick me up a copy of each of whatever's left? I'll try to make it worth your while;)

Ive never set foot in a store that carried anything NUON. I guess I missed out eh? :)

Hmmm maybe I'll make a trip to the closest Best Buy...which is 30 miles away.

I was always pulling for Nuon, it was a novel approach to selling games. I wouldn't mind a DVD player that I could occasionally buy a game for.

Question. Did RC De Go or Bust A Move make it out? *-neo

Looks like I'll be picking those up along with Malcolm X tomorrow.
