That's an idiotic statement, hands down. The gaming community doesn't tolerate a paper tiger. Romero made wild claims, delivered a crap product, and now he's the laughing stock of the gaming industry. Itagaki backs up his bragging with quality product that moves units and gets praise from the critics. Just because you don't like him or his games doesn't mean they aren't good or his boosts aren't accurate.Quote:

You can't compare Miyamoto to itagaki.
One, thought not lately, has made some of the greatest games of all time. The other is itagaki.
Not a huge fan of Miyamoto, but you have to give the man his due for what he's created.
I remember seeing that factoid as well about Itagaki not playing the original Ninja Gaidens. I could care less though.
But be nice to Treasure and SNK, you're talking to a fanboy of both of em. ;)
