Unless you explicitly tell the Board of Elections that you are moving to another address (via writing a letter), they have no way of knowing if you moved from where you originally registered.Quote:

That's why your brother's name is still in the records.
I was asked for my ID when I went to vote, but noticed that other registered voters on the list were not required to show their IDs because they didn't have the "ID Required" watermark under their names. It's probably because I registered in New Jersey earlier this year.
