everytime i try to connect to the network on my dreamcast it says that it cannot connect to the master server. It says the same exact thing with Quake 3, but I can connect to the PSO server. Can anybody else connect to Quake 3 or Unreal Tournament. Theres an option to pick a server on quake 3, can anybody suggest a working one?
I had the same problem with Q3 on DC when I borrowed it. Wierdness...
I really want to play one of two online also. Somebody here must know a working server, then again, nobody here likes FPS, I wonder why?
Plenty of us do. Those who prefer theirs slower and controlled by the puter instead of aiming themselves love Halo, and many others of us love PC FPS' (me included). I'm currently thinking of playing JKII right now, I haven't played any in a while...Quote:

Speaking out Jedi Knight 2, does anyone know how I can get it to run with my outdated Voodoo2 card? I don't have money to buy another 3d card right now and most other recent games still work with it.
If it's like Quake and allows you to knock it down into the ungodly picmip_6+ depths, they maybe you'll be able to play it(Don't count on it though).Quote:

JK2 doesn't support the card. I would gladly drop the graphic detail if I could actually get into the game, if that's what you meant.

Your best bet is to keep pressing X when it can't find a master server, or use a differnt ISP, that may help.

Otherwise, I might say find some money to burn and get a decent card. Head on over to www.pricewatch.com and look for something decent and cheap (GeForce 2 are pretty damned cheap). I'm thinking of picking up a GeForce 3 Ti500 soon, they aren't very expensive at all.
Well, I just have the demo so it's not like I went out and bought the game. When I upgrade my PC it will be the first game I buy most likely.
