Stupid shit happens. You take risks every day. Look at the girl who died from getting a puck in the worst spot in the temple, after it bounced off another man's head and was going super-slow. (The other guy was fine.) It's life, there are no guarantees.

Most likely the family went into debt to pay for all that shit to help him. So they are now sueing whoever the lawyer has told them iis the most likely to lose against them.

=/ Huge debt like that wouldn't happen if the government would just do the things me and tracer have said they should do.

Here's another one. Krispy Kreme doughnuts is suing a mom and pop ice cream place called "Krispy Kream Drive-In" which was established more than 20 years ago.

This suit is the dumbest I've heard of lately. Dolemite, I'd hate to see the one that you'd say is the most frivolous- it's gotta be real bad. :)

I think it's time that there be a national "Loser Pays All" rule in the courts. If the court finds in your favor, the enemy party should have to pay everything- the fees your lawyer assesses, the court costs, and all related expenses.
