Scourge:
It is Otacon's dad. He's the 'friend in the U.S.' that Granin sent the Metal Gear schematics to.
IGN posted an interview with Hideo Kojima…once again, despite what he previously said, it looks like he's going to be involved in MGS4.
He also mentioned that he might make a change to the camera system in the next game, possibly not doing the top-down view anymore.Quote:
IGN: What kind of role will you have in the next Metal Gear game?
Kojima: (laughs) There is no actual team that is working on MGS4 right now, but now that we've pretty much finished up MGS3 and if there are a lot of fans who want a MGS4 there will be one. There's planning going on in my head, but there is no staff working on it.
Just finished the game for the first time a few days ago, blown away like most of you guys here. I think I'm gonna play the other 4 games in the series again in choronological order now because it sheds a lot of light or changes your perspective on a lot of things in the rest of the series. In fact, even the whole thing with The Patriots in MGS2 is almost believable now.
In the end though, even though the game is badass it's still incredibly tragic if you think about it. Boss' story as well as what Big Boss ends up doing because of it...kinda sad and all perpetrated by the government. Wonder if we will ever get a game that takes place between MGS3 and MG.
Not too sure... the review in GMR states that this is the last game in Solid games, and that it was meant to be a trilogy.Quote:

Thanks for ruining the end of MGS 3 for me, you assholes. :bs:
Did you read the entire strategy or is this a page flip moment?
Konami already said there will be an MGS4, and that was somewhat recently; as in after MGS3 was released. Hideo will be either directing or producing.
If GMR said otherwise, then they are obviously talking out of their collective asses or were informed after they had gone to press. That's the problem with print media, it's always a little behind.
They have the two page review for the game, with the usual screenshots, basic info, stuff like that.Quote:

Wait. Do you mean the character The End, or the final fight at the end of the game? Your use of Him is confusing me.
Regardless, if you didn't want to see those types of things, it would probably be in your best interest to not read a review of the game or, at the least, try to not read the entire section of details on a fight.
The fight with The End takes place half way through the game. He is not the final boss.Quote:
