Need Info On Nipple Ring Guage Size

The first day I had my tongue pierced I tried to eat a thin crust pizza...that was torture.

As for nipple ring size I try for maybe 14 or higher. Then if you feel the need stretch them puppies and go down numbers till they are big like you want em.

Gonna wait till I'm in PA and do it on the 28th.

Since this is about gauges, I was wondering how you even measure IN gauges?

I've looked for tutorials, but I haven't found any that describe what I'm looking for.

Probably the same way they gauge wire. Ever seen them wire cutters with the various sizes. Not positive but the thickness of wire may be the same as piercing sizes.
