Awesome news, in theory, hopefully the execution lives up to it. Headphone jacks in the cart itself is a genius move, and reminds of the Genesis J-carts with extra controller ports on them.

Seems the headphone jack is in the cart itself becuase the cart is actually housing a full chipset with MP3/MPEG4 decoder. The GBA/DS hardware isn't used at all, only as a pass through for the screen. This is good news, as we won't be limited to shit GBA sound output as well... this is an extremely well thought out solution.
