Only if you're American; Ubisoft is a collective noun, you can use either "are" or "is", it depends if the users sees the noun as a singular banner or a collection of people. When I said "Ubisoft are great" I was thinking of Michel Ancel and Patrice Désilets' teams, but not the Tom Clancy teams :)
