lol @ the hair. its pretty funny that he (halvy) kept the mullet until pretty recently. i heard him taking on one of the g4/tech tv shows and his voice is very.......weird.

That I'll leave up to Mina to explain if she sees this thread. It's been a long time & I've forgotten most of the details. More or less it was after some shit with Seganet that Dave tried holding her Website and all her work hostage.

I remember being very "WTF" when I read that comic. Really, what was the point of it? A final "Fuck You" to the departing staff? What exactly went down before that issue went to press that inspired the comic? Did Rox, Halverson, and a bunch of others just walk? Weren't you guys coming back from a hiatus at that point?

I second this. I'm also interested to hear more about this comic with everyone getting knocked off, I never saw that one... I stopped reading the mag heavily before the big staff change, and when I picked it up again, everything was already really different.

I can scan and post it tomorrow, provided no one beats me to it first.

It basically just involved this dude blowing up GF headquarters, killing Nick Rox (his head fell off!!), Substance D (melted), Knightmare (crushed, and revealed to be a crossdresser), and others. Shidoshi wanted to keep Glitch's arms (he blew up) for some bizarre reason.

Also, in an example of life imitating art, Halverson was reduced to a vegetable.
