What can be done with today's lost urban youth?

How much is it going to take for you people to see that. You are all looking at one element of urban culture. I've spent enough time around the "urban youth" to know that there are a lot of very progressive members doing as much as they can to see these things removed.

Urban 'rap' culture still is annoying. With their lil shower cap things and their teeth replacement caps.

What's the deal with that stuff. Does everyone have to style themselves after music?

are you sure it's all you've seen and not just what stands out?

I'm not saying there aren't seriously irritating "urban"s but the bad members of one pop culture group are no worse than the bad members of others.
