I don't really see Napster's service as being any different with the way movie rental chains are doing now - pay a monthly fee and watch all the movies you want. Main problems with this though is while I may only watch a movie once or twice I'll listen to music many times over, and if I'm looking for samples of artists there are cheaper and just as easy ways to get them.
