I got fired.
Not that I miss my job a whole lot, really. Well, the job itself was great (I was a bartender), but the place I worked at sucked. I got one schedualed day off last week, my first in months where I didn't have to go in and cover for someone or do paperwork. My boss calls up and leaves me a VM bitching me out for not coming in on my day off. Tells me I have one hour to show up or I'm fired. Of course I get the message about 2 hours later. Note that she was already mad at me for refusing to serve alchohol to her already drunk (big no no) underage freinds (bigger no no). Basically threatened my job if I didn't, and that was before she came back.
Lil' background on her. She was out for 3 months just because she didn't feel like coming into work, then just shows back up that day she fired me. Her husband owns the restaraunt, and left for home (Italy, for him) about 3 days prior. She left the day after to go join him.
He's pissed at her for firing me, everyone else is mad because I was the only one who could open 7 days a week, and I really got along with everyone else who I worked with. Since I got canned, half the other employees have quit already.
Now my question is, I could very easily get the place shut down due to many, many infractions against ALE laws, INS issues, Labor stuff, OSHA stuff, and probably even with the cops for the sheer amount of recreational pharmacuticals that pass through, get sold out of the place. Would that be petty of me? Sure, I'd probably at least get a handful of people deported and the remaining like 14 employees would lose their jobs too, but half are college students whose mommy and daddy pay for everything anyway. They just use thier tip earnings for their weed/coke/booze money. The other half are illegal immigrants who already are on the verge of being deported. What do y'all think? Besides, in this town, getting another bartending job would be a breeze.

Do it!
And try to pin as much of it as you can on her!

You might need to get to work on a wrongful termination suit, at the very least.

^ Something thats already in the works.

If you don't do it, TNL will be very depressed.

Fuck that bitch. Do everything you can to screw that place over.

Sounds like they did you a favor. Working there was no good for you and unfortunately people get stuck in ruts like that. When you're the only person the company depends on to do something, it's time to get out. This just lit a fire under your ass.
As for going after them, I guess the wrongful termination suit would be applicable since I doubt you could collect unemployment from working at a bar. (But then, I'd love to be proven wrong.) You owe nothing to the other workers there, though. If they're serving minors and hiring Mexicans for the back, they'll eventually get caught. Might as well let them rack up the infractions rather than report 'em. But do whatever, there's no reason you shouldn't, I'm just speaking from my lazy standpoint. :)

If I ever found out some schmuck (especially someone non-chalant about it in the first place) was responsible for me losing my job, I'd fucking destroy that asshole.
And here's a protip: Osha follows you around for life.
