Bandit, I'm look to just update my PSP to 2.60. I don't really care to have all this emu stuff on it no more. I just got a few 2.0 games and I can't update my PSP to 2.0. I got the 2.50 update from Sony and it won't even start up (Error: 80020148). I don't know what to do and I would really like to get this working agian. Could you help me out one last time?

Ok, nevermind. I found the problem. I kept getting a blank screen when I tried doing at the Update Start-Up screen. I reset my settings and I could read things agian and my problem was I needed to get my battery level up. My bad.

You can still have homebrew on your PSP. Just get Fanjita's program (http://www.fanjita.org)

Yea, when you upgrade the firmware, you always have to plug the ac adapter to the PSP. This is Sony's "security" thing to make sure that when you upgrade you have enough battery or it'll shut off while you're upgrading and can possibly brink the PSP.

Bandit, what do you know of Flashmod? Cuz a peep on our Shmups board (we were discussing how Gradius Portable requires 2.5 files) said:

Cant really say much. There hasnt been much info. But from the image above, it loads UMD with 2.0+ firmware. Dont know what else it would do.

They'll be releasing one without the PRX

Each month has its own special theme color. February's is yellow...have no idea why, January's icy-snow white theme makes much more sense.

Oh OK, thought I screwed something up. Maybe I wouldn't suspect something if my menu didn't look like urine.

It's the "Don't eat the yellow snow" desktop. :p
