*yes this deserves it's own thread since it's the import PSP*
I just fired up my import PSP and checked for new updates, and surprisingly i got a message saying that a new Network update is available. the update requires 14MB of MS space.
i'm downloading as i type this through my D-link access point, details later.
U.S PSP owners, please check if there is a new update for your system.
Done, the update upgrades the import PSP from version 1.00 to 1.50(like the U.S version).
Fixes:
- French, Spanish, German, Russian language update.
- Retains screen size when restarting PSP after sleep mode.
- continues video/music where you left of after sleep mode,

i was hoping for an internet browser....oh well maybe 2.00 will have that.
the upgrade file can be deleted to save space on the memory stick. I also forgot to mention that before starting the installation process, they ask you to plug your PSP to the electricity. I take it this just precaution incase the battery dies in the middle of an update.
How we go about doing this?
