I'd still recomend opening up the controller to make sure it dries out completely. Heck, use a hair dryer on a light setting or low heat or whatever it's called to make completely sure. Eightbit, the hair dryer solution remedies the issue I had with the statement, as that would help to avoid rusting.
Soap works awesome on getting out sticky residue. The point is: Don't do that to the circuit board, which is what I said in the first place (what with the whole "take it apart but don't dunk the entire controller in soapy water" thing I was saying).Quote:
