It's a religious discussion in a thread that's steeped in religious dogma about the head of one of the largest religious groups on the face of the Earth. I think you need to get that surgery to have the stick removed from your posterior.Quote:

In the last hundred years? No, no it has not. But through fossils and recorded history before that it has. But my point is if you do not except the theory of evolution you are an idiot. Its just like the theory of gravity. Anybody who does not believe that is also an idiot.
No, but evidence of it can be provided that supports the theory. Also, if new evidence comes along that disproves the theory outright it will be tested, and retested, until finally IT becomes the new science. You can't say that about religion, which has only one truth that MUST be believed without question.Quote:

The facts that our pinky fingers are getting shorter and we are generally getting taller, more stooped, more suited to the high-tech life; those are good enough indicators of microevolution to make an educated supposition. But it's just that, supposition, not fact. Like g0zen said:

Yeah, I don't understand tossing around insults like that. I also doubt any of you would talk to each other like that in real life.Quote:

I can very easily...God doesn't follow the human construct of logic. Frankly, I don't think almsot any of you know what the word "religous" really means.
