Seriously, I dunno what the fuck it means. Midway wants to be your friend, I guess, and they think the way to your friendship is offering you shitty games for cheap prices.
Is it like, drug-slang doublespeak or something? The only thing we could come up with is it is an attempt at making the game seem like a kooky Japanese game with a silly translation.
