Honestly, I've been bored out of my mind as of late anyways without an MMO or Xbox live to fulfill my needs. So I figure the 10 minutes I'll put inot this game will be 10 minutes wells pent.
This statement is true regardless of what game you play, hell, it is true regardless what you do.Quote:

Do you have to pay fifty dollars for either of those games? I forget.Quote:

Its sad to see what happened to the PSO franchise. The first game was simple and crude, but it had so much potential. Now... its simple and crude, and dead in the water.
No shit. Fun stuff in the list of playing PSO:BB so far:Quote:

- No real mouse support. Well, there might because I only checked briefly but I didn't see a way to map the mouse as a camera, only as way to move by way of dragging the cursor or holding a button.
- Completely unable to type anything. It's reportedly a bug that very few people have (so naturally, I got it) that can only be fixed by altering your Regional and Language Settings in the control panel of Windows and restarting.
- The tutorial guy still makes reference to the action buttons being the same color as the buttons on your gamepad.
- Mapping things is kind of a pain in the ass. Not too big a deal but it was definately more annoying than other PC games. But then comes how I set up everything to a way I liked and then when I restarted the game I found all the settings reset. Boo-urns.
- The translation of anything not from the console versions is, "Is return to default of settings." Sega may have progressed in many ways over the years but apparently Engrish wasn't one of those.
- CANNOT ALT-TAB. If you alt-tab PSO:BB will simply shut down, and I imagine that includes not saving your character data. NICE ONE.
I can't even get the fucking thing to start. I'm pretty sure I disabled my firewall too.
Yeap, I've done everything I possibly can with my router and firewall, and still get the cannot connect bullshit error.
I don't think that's the problem. I connected just fine a couple times, left the game, and when I tried to come back I couldn't connect. They might just be getting slammed, when I was on nearly every server I checked was full or almost full.Quote:
