Now that is how a next-gen game should look.

So is that CG or a replay, because it isn't gameplay. I have yet to be impressed or unimpressed by the 360, because we haven't seen a single gameplay shot.

It's most likely replay footage, which in terms of PGR is just as beautiful as in game footage. Also considering PGR and PGR2 didn't have any FMV in it, I would doubt that those arn't in game graphics.

The footage I saw on the MTV special looked like that so I'd wager it's a gameplay pic.

Obviously a gameplay shot. Look at the lower right of the car. That would be poor CG if it was.

Nothing is WRONG with it...but it wouldn't look like that if it was done by a company skilled in prerendered graphics

I still don't think I see what would look better if it's prerendered. I even have a trained eye in 3d renders, considering that's what I've been working with in school for the past year, and I still am missing the point.

I'm not trying to be an ass or anything, I just would love to know what your nit picking about because I just don't see it.
