anyways miyamoto say's that if there's a chance that the game MIGHT not be released this year for Nintendo, THEN THEY AREN"T SHOWING IT!
I mean they didn't even freakin show Starfox adventures!

I believe Diddy Kong racing was cancelled, and there's been trouble at Rare with the Stamper bros supposedly gone. Most of the games you listed are Rare productions. But if Star Fox doesn't make it out this year...that's just sad.Quote:

I really only care about F-Zero from that list (though I don't remember what Kameo is), which I wasn't expecting this year anyway. And didn't they show that? I seem to remember someone saying they saw it in action there...Quote:

Nintendo sucks because an independent company didn't get their games to E3? ok...
Mario Sunshine, Zelda, Metroid Prime, Wario World, Metroid Fusion, Yoshi's Island, etc. make this the best Nintendo 1st party showing EVAR for a single year.
Don't forget the lack of Fire Emblem either! Was Magical Vacation a no-show too?
Anyway, I couldn't care less about the lack of Rare games at E3. Everybody knows my opinion towards them, so I'll refrain from repeating towards them. I think Nintendo had a pretty good showing this year (if you ignore the lack of Fire Emblem):
Super Mario Sunshine
The New Zelda
Metroid Prime
Metroid Fusion
The New Kirby
The Announcement of a REAL Donkey Kong game (none of that Rare crap)
Wario World
Animal Crossing
G&W Gallery 4
Pokemon Advance
Doshin the Giant
Eternal Darkness
And a few more.
...but it seems to me that maybe Nintendo is playing it just right. No company wants to release EVERY heavy hitter that they have all in the same time period. Perhaps Nintendo is waiting until after the holidays for the next wave of their big name games. If they announced them all right now, some folks might hold off on buying one game under the idea that another game that they want more is coming out only a month later. It is bad business to have your own product competing wtih itself.
Exactly. The footage of Mario Sunshine alone was enough to make me drool. Zelda actually looked better than I expected, although I'm still on the fence about it. Wario and Metroid looked awesome.Quote:

After 6 months of bitching about the lack of games for my GC, it looks like Nintendo has shut me up right and good.:p
Star Fox Adventures was shown and got plenty of floor space (including the little mini-theaters).
...but there was a lack of Rare titles on display.
