The Aristocrats is a joke.
I think it was actually posted here in the past (I know it's made the rounds on the internet) in the form of that South Park clip where Cartman tells this extremely profane joke about a family who goes to a talent agent.
I won't tell the joke here, but suppossedly this joke is a sort ot "Secret handshake" in the stand-up comic world. The beginning and punchline are always the same, but the middle is always made up by the individual comic, and they bring their own sensibilities and such to the joke.
It's a very interesting concept, and Penn Jillette and Paul Provenza made a documentary over the course of four year about it. It has over 100 different comics, many of which are household names, telling their own version of the joke, as well as some history on it and such.
Here are some links which talk about the movie, which is coming out in NYC/LA on July 29th.

I for one can't wait to see this. Everyone who saw this has said that they laughed throughout the entire thing, even till it hurt. Hearing one joke over and over might sound boring, but each one is almost an entirely new joke.
