Hmmm, I could say the same thing about PS2.
Well it's all a matter of opinion but for PS2: Metal Gear Solid 2, GTA3, Devil May Cry (oh yeah, baby, DC can't get close to this game), Onimusha/Onimusha 2, Time Crisis 2, Vampire Night (haven't played this one, looks good), Zone of the Enders (okay, this is mediocre, but equivalent to those DC games you listed), Twisted Metal: Black (this counts as action), and Maximo (okay, that's IT! Maximo ends the discussion!). I'm not even counting RE C:V X because it's a port, I don't count ports unless it originally appeared on the system. Don't get me wrong, the DC had a lot of potential, but in its time span, I don't think the DC lived up to it.

You say that you like games like:
1) Time Crisis: DC had House of the Dead 2, Confidential Mission, and Illbleed.
House of the Dead 2 -> I really want this game, can't find it in stores. Sega disappointed me by not releasing their own light gun here. I don't trust 3rd party products, thus, I never got HotD2, I wanted Typing though. Um... Illbleed... err... not that great... or so I've heard.

Resident Evil: Did'nt the DC have RE:CV? It also had Carrier and Blue Stinger.
Sorry forgot to mention that out of my list, RE was the only game I truly, really enjoyed on the DC. 'twas what convinced me to get a DC you know.

Panzer Dragoon: PS2 still lacks a game of that quality, and X-Box fans will finally get a Sega killer app.
Agree with you here on this one.

Burning Rangers: What system has a game like that. Would be great though.
I really like Burning Rangers but to tell you the truth, I haven't played that much of it. I only played the demo years ago. I'm sure there might be a game that was released somewhat like it, but I need to start playing BR...

Castlevania Resurrection: Has there really been a good 3-D version of Castlevania? They probably made the right choice in cancelling that one.
I'm sorry, but you have no right to say that unless you've actually played Castlevania 64. I thought it was a great game. The boss fights are pretty cool, go for it, man. Just enjoy it for what it is, not for what it isn't.

StarFox: I loved the Super Nintendo version, but found the N64 version to be lacking.
I played the SNES one, but... well I guess I felt more drawn into the world of Starfox 64 than the original. I LOVED the tank levels and the lava level...

You say you like actions games. The DC had some good ones, that were ignored by most. Sword of Bezerk, Zombie Revenge, MDK2, Bleem: Metal Gear Solid, Dino Crisis, Resident Evil 3, Jedi Power Battles, Spiderman, Starlancer, Rayman 2, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 and 2, Legacy of Kain:Soul Reaver, Mr. Driller, Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation and Red Dog.
I had a Playstation before I got my DC. If I didn't buy one because of Code Veronica, probably nothing would've gotten me to get one. Samba de Amigo? No. Seaman? Nope. Zombie Revenge? Reviews didn't help it. You COUNTED Bleem's MGS!? Why would I BUY a DC just to play Bleem's MGS? I have the Bleempak now, and the graphics are cool BUT the analog isn't that great and you need a GODDAMN separate VMU for saves!!!!!!!
Sword of Bezerk? Didn't Gamefan completely and utterly trash this game? And they're loyal Sega followers...

I have owned just about every console, including PS2,and Gamecube. How many consoles have you owned, that have as many good, to great games, in such a short period. I can only count about 12 must have games on the PS2, the rest are mediocre and not really worth my gaming time.
I don't buy consoles that have a short life span anymore. The Sega CD taught me that lesson. Unfortunately I didn't learn it with the DC, but hey, Code Veronica was SWEET. And uh.. other than Cannon Spike and Code Veronica, there are no other action games on the DC that are that great...
