You're probably just pissed that he doesn't draw his characters with giant anime bug-eyes, G-cup breasts, legs that are 5x longer than they should be and throwing up a "V" symbol like all the other 10,000,000,000 Japanese artists out there.

IAWTP! Shinkiro is one of the most talented illustrators I've seen and anyone who says otherwise can serious STFU.

The second zombie appears to be laughing, or shrieking in pain due to his leg being twisted. I'll go with laughing. I do love the slight rotting flesh on the dog though, it's detailed without being disgusting.

I like his art too. He draws some serious zombies, faces included. I like him for all the reasons Dole mentioned.

Actually, I really hate the first two things on your list there. (I will absolutely admit to liking the long leg look, though. *heh*) Like I said, it's his stupid monkey faces. I'll give him credit - he's gotten better than his early days of SNK artwork, but his faces still ruin his artwork.

Tomoyuki

Just a quick browse through some of my art links, and doesn't include any major artists, except Range.

I also love Shinkiro, but I won't lie, he does draw some silly faces on occasion. Case in point: Happy Zombie up there. Attached below is another subject that is nonstop Shinkiro hilarity.

Despite that, though, I like his art a lot and yes, I'm glad Capcom has him. I still prefer the original art for the PS1 RE, though.
