The hundreds of people looting New Orleans for everything it's worth sickens me. I can understand the people taking food and water, they really don't have much choice, but the scumbags pilfering clothes and jewlery and everything else they can get their hands on should die.

New Orleans is normally 6 feet below sea level, and is located in a bowl-shaped area. It was basically designed to be flooded, it seems. Over 80% of New Orleans is under water, and it's getting worse by the hour as the various dykes and levies surrounding the city are being overcome by the flooding. I think Louisiana got it pretty bad.

Agree on all counts Dolemite. If whats going on in LA and NO is supposed to be "not the worst that could happen", I shudder to think of what could have happened. Its like fucking Rwanda there right now.

The looting is horrible, I saw videos of people trying on the clothing they stole right in the streets and throwing up gang signs. Fucking assholes. That being said:

We talked about that on #TNL, two different companies (AFP/Getty and AP) wrote the captions, Yahoo doesnt actually write news they just compile it, so really there's no racism going on.
