Yeah, Florida pizza isn't that great. I try to go to the local places, though, since it seems like they use better quality cheese and toppings than the chains.
I had what could be considered a cheese pizza sandwich today, though, and it was delicious. (fresh sliced tomato and 4 slices of provolone on sourdough, grilled. With herbs and such, of course.).

I only called it a pizza sandwich because it has similar ingredients as pizza and we are in a pizza thread, heh. I've always been a bigger fan of sourdough than Italian for grilled sandwiches; it's denser, so I can have thinner slices (melts the cheese easier) without having to worry about the sandwich falling apart.Quote:
