Traditionally speaking, don't 'hardcore' gamers buy the most expensive systems with the most options? Don't the more casual players buy the bare bones system?
I can't imagine Mr. Madden-Mouth-Breather throwing down $700 on something he'd hardly use.

Sadly, I haven't played it in 3 weeks, as of today, due to work. :(Quote:

Madden doesn't let you use custom plays online. That feature's suddenly not so useful. :(Quote:

EA Sports: It ain't in this game!
Well, easy modding is a nice feature. So long as MS doesn't throw in a bunch of hurdles to prevent the 360 from being used as an emulator.Quote:

You can increase it by buying another, larger Microsoft-official drive later. He's not talking about you being able to buy off-the-shelf parts. This thing is proprietary.Quote:

Like Yoshi said, it won't be easy - the 360 HDD's a weird little thing, the system's not compatible with standard drives. I'm sure it can be done, but some hardcore system butchery may be involved because the HDD attaches externally and uses custom connectors. Believe me, Microsoft's way ahead of teh haXX0rz on this one. Every game disc has no less than 3 megs of security features. It may take a while for heavy duty modding.Quote:
