this one. off the top of my head i've seen this happen in both the EGM info and Yakuza threads. I know there is more, but I'm not gonna waste time looking for it.

I appreciate the game's generous save system, but you know what? I'm having more fun just starting a new game each time I play. Every time I go through I find more hidden shit: chests, warp keys, shields, new magic, new armor, etc.

This game just keeps on giving. GOTY for me so far. I can't remember the last time a mainstream publication like EGM was more off-base in its reviews.

Favorite weapon so far is the boomerang sickle. Try to get it in the hidden chest at the very beginning of 1-1, just after the first headstone (usually gives either a sickle or vine whip).

How come you're starting over every time? You can warp back to the beginning any time you want if you find the staff for that section.

Yes...if you've found them all on the same playthrough.

Well, as long as you find the one in the first section the first time through (lots of "firsts"!), you're set.
