Street Fighter Alpha 3 is a busted piece of shit that should be flung into space for the crimes it has committed against humanity.
When the second player is capable of feats that the first player, who is playing the exact same character, is not capable of due to pure shitty programming, this is what we call piss poor design.
No other Street Fighter can make this claim. Hell, not even something like Time Killers can make this claim. Thus, Street Fighter Alpha 3 is the worst fighitng game ever made.
