Billy Hatcher rules. Sonic Adventure 1 and 2, as well. And Samba de Amigo.
Also, it's called a fisheye camera, not a fishbowl camera.

Fisheye. Fishbowl. Whatever!
What up bitch, im Buzz fucking Bunny. Lololol who saw that video lol it's so funny and new. Btw, I <3 Sonic the hedgehog... cuz he's hawt!!!1!
I'll agree with you on Samba de Amigo, and Sonic Adventure 1 to an extent. I'll even give you Billy Hatcher (although the horrid character design dissuaded me from playing that game). But I would go as far as fight you in the Octagon for saying that Sonic Adventure 2 "ruled". How dare you.
I don't know if Yuji worked on it or not, but Sonic Rush was the latest Sonic Team game that's actually pretty awesome (granted, Dimps did all the heavy lifting).
Yuji Naka sucks ever since Sonic Adventure 2 came out. Where the hell is he now?
I'm actually liked SA2 more than SA1. It dropped the Station Square BS and had faster, showier, more fun levels. Even the Knuckles stages didn't bother me (I actually thought the Tails levels were the weak point). I know it's cool to hate on that game, but honestly, everything about it was better than the first SA, and most reviews when the game was released said exactly that.
But whatever. I know that's not a popular opinion around here so I'll leave it at that.
SA2 was better all around. I think the reason the game has such a bad rep is becuase that's the game when people realized Sonic Team was going to bastardize the series.
I know I don't say it enough, but I love you. :chick:
Still, I like the first SA more for reasons that I acknowledge as purely nostalgic. My Japanese DC gave me some of the most fun video game-related memories ever. I only bought a US one when SA2's copy protection made it impossible to swap my legit US copy in and finish the game.
Thread bump... again.
Assembler has released the beta ISO for the Saturn. Didn't try it, or download it, but I figure some might be interested. I think it's supposed to be the original version that used the NiGHTS engine before the change into the fisheye camera.
